AGE SUITABILITY

FieldLink is made for contractors, their office staff, crew members and invited customer contacts. A person must be at least 18 years old to hold or use a FieldLink account.

FieldLink is not designed for children, is not offered in a children’s category and does not direct its product, advertising or account creation to children.

A company controls whom it invites to its private account. FieldLink does not collect a birth date, government identification or another proof of age, so each company is responsible for inviting only adults who are allowed to use its workplace systems.

People can upload their own material. Invited users can add job-site photos, daily reports, receipts, files, notes, signatures and other records from real construction and service work.

FieldLink does not review an upload before it appears. The material is chosen by the company and its invited users. FieldLink does not pre-screen, edit or approve each photo, file or line of text before authorized people at that company can see it.

Real work can involve difficult subjects. A workplace record may show damaged property, unsafe conditions, an injury, an incident or language written by a user. FieldLink does not encourage graphic, sexual, abusive or unlawful material, but we cannot promise that an invited user will never upload it.

The 18+ designation is a conservative limit for this unpredictable user-provided workplace content. The designation does not mean FieldLink intentionally includes adult entertainment or explicit material.

Work records stay inside the company account that owns them. People sign in, and their role and permissions decide which records they may open.

FieldLink has no public profile directory, follower system, public photo gallery, anonymous posting, public comments, dating feature or way to search for strangers.

A contractor may invite a contact at one of its own customers to send service requests. The customer contact sees only the portal records made available for that relationship, not the contractor’s employee or company records.

FieldLink does not contain advertising, gambling, simulated gambling, loot boxes, contests, dating, pornography, sexual content, entertainment violence or a catalog of mature media.

FieldLink is a work tool for time records, jobs, service, equipment, files, receipts and reports. Its higher age rating comes from the nature of user-provided workplace material, not from built-in mature content.

Company owners and administrators can control access, switch a person off, remove material where the product allows it and contact FieldLink support when something needs attention.

A company remains responsible for its users, its workplace policies, the material it asks people to collect and the records its people place in FieldLink.

The Privacy Policy explains what FieldLink stores, who can see it, which service providers help run the product and how to request access, correction or deletion.

Report inappropriate workplace material first to the owner or administrator of the company account, because that company owns and controls its records.
